Where did the idea come from?

We are fortunate in the Haliburton Highlands to have such wonderful journalists who are supportive of the arts. Jenn Watt of The Echo wrote a lovely article that explains much of the history of the development of “A Ring of Promises”. For this post I will simply share the link and let you enjoy her writing.
